In this article, we will provide an overview of how our commercial disinfecting services work, so you know what to expect.

How Commercial Disinfecting Works

  • Cleaning – Commercial disinfecting begins with ordinary cleaning. Before your building and the surfaces in it can be effectively treated to eliminate germs, everything must be cleaned of dirt, stains, and other particles. In this stage of the process, tools such as rags, mops, and vacuum cleaners are used in combination with cleaning agents such as soaps and detergents to remove visible dirt from your facility. This process will get rid of some of the germs as well, but not to the same extent as the disinfecting process itself.
  • Disinfecting – The purpose of the main phase of the commercial disinfecting process is to eliminate disease-causing bacteria and viruses from your facility in order to prevent illness from spreading. To do this, our team uses specialized cleaning products designed to kill these organisms, even ones that are not affected by normal soap. We will treat all the surfaces in your building, including floors, tables, toilets, etc., paying special attention to any common touch points, such as door handles.
